Keep Moving


When you think you've got some worries, and they are such that you cant handle, get them off you bit by bit until they become insignificant! Most stuffs aren't worth the STRESS. How you want things look its what they become, If you see your challenges as a big deal, they remain same way, If you see them as things you can handle , you ease yourself the stress of DEPRESSION.
